Shipping Conditions
The shipment will be sent by Correos, will be certified and will have a tracking number and will be delivered on a working day and time at the address indicated on the form.

In the case of deliveries to Spain and Portugal, once the shipment has been initiated, an email will be sent to the buyer detailing the tracking code of the shipment through the Correos website.

Return and Exchange Policy
The customer must contact Coralviu within 14 days of receipt of the shipment. Contact should preferably be made by e-mail to the following address info@Coralviu.com.
The product must be returned within 14 days after the intention to exchange or return is communicated under the following conditions:
- It must keep its original packaging, including its labels.
- It must be in perfect state of preservation and show no signs of having been used.
Shipping costs shall be borne by the customer.
Once Coralviu receives the product and after verifying its condition based on the above mentioned conditions, it will proceed as follows:
- In the event of a RETURN, the corresponding amount will be paid by the same means of payment used for the original order within 14 days of receipt of the item.
- In case of EXCHANGE (always for the same item in another size or color) the substitute product will be sent, Coralviu assuming the shipping costs of the new item.
If the returned product is not in its original packaging or shows signs of having been used, it cannot be returned or exchanged.
